SOIL Academy  is a collaboration of interrelated community members who are all dedicated to one common theme:  the beautiful place in which we live.  Please become one!

Whether you are a teacher, student, or community member who would like to partake in the mission and vision of SOIL Academy, we ask that you agree to the following collaboration statement by clicking below and contributing an item of value to complete your collaboration membership.  Teachers are asked to agree to cirriculum as well.

Statement of Collaboration

As a collaborating member of Farm School Academy, I/we hereby agree to practice, uphold, demonstrate and continue to develop the following principals on an individual and a community level:

  • independence:  practicing responsible independence to attain effective interdependence; taking personal & collective responsibility.
  • excellence:  providing highest quality sustainable education, organic food production, facility management, community vision-based development
  • integrity:  practicing respect for all living things, animate and inanimate; upholding independent and interdependent conscious agreements.
  • justice:  contributing to the practice of "what is good for the one, is good for the whole."
  • fairness:  do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
  • stewardship:  responsibly stewarding the North Fork Valley, it's air, water, soil, vegetation and eco systems as they interact with human development; actively participating in sustainable local and regional potential and growth.
  • mentorship:  practicing patience, nurturance and encouragement in, but not limited to, the SOIL Academy Mentorship Program.

As a teaching collaborator, I agree to uphold SOIL Academy cirriculum as well.  (SOIL Academy is North American Biodynamic Apprentice Checklist Cirriculum based, please click here to review)
